What we keep, and why.

We collect only what we need to answer you and to send what you have ordered: your name, the details you provide when you write to us, and — if you order — a delivery address and the contact you reach us on.

If you subscribe to our seasonal letter, we keep the email address you give us, and nothing else.

To reply to your messages, to make up and send your order, and to write to you only if you have asked us to. We do not build profiles, and we do not use your information to follow you across the web.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. A small house has no use for surveillance, and we would rather not keep what we do not need.

Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Everything else — enquiries, letter subscriptions — we keep only while it is useful, and remove on request.

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from our letter. Write to contact@aurenwear and a person will see to it.
