How we sell, and stand behind it.

The plain terms on which AUREN sells its garments. We have tried to write them as we would say them.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged it personally and arranged payment and delivery with you. We reserve the right to decline an order — for example, if a piece has sold out between your order and our reply.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros and reflect the full cost of making each piece fairly. We do not discount. Any duties or import taxes for your destination are confirmed with you before an order is finalised, and are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
Making & shipping
Because pieces are made in small runs, dispatch times vary by piece. We confirm an honest timeframe with you before you commit. We ship from Brazil worldwide, and pass on the carrier’s tracking once a piece is on its way.
Returns
Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please write to us first so we can arrange the return carefully. Once received and checked, we refund the price of the piece; original shipping is non-refundable unless the piece was faulty or sent in error.
Faults
We stand behind how our pieces are made. If something is wrong with a garment — a seam, a finish, a fault in the cloth — tell us, and we will repair, replace, or refund it. Natural variation in undyed wool, linen slubs, and the softening of garment-dyed cotton are features of the material, not faults.
